About Us
We were once a copy service and found out how difficult and easy it was to retrieve medical records. The ease was harassing the doctor’s office until they were so exhausted by our calls that they had no choice, but to release the data requested. However, we also noticed that sometimes the offices did not have time to release the data. There was a major time lapse, and our clients would get so exhausted that they would contact their patient or stop working with us. Recscan is there to protect the physicians from getting harrassed conversely helping the copy services receive the data requested in a timely manner.
